INITIAL SCOPING FEE: $500

We specialize in international and domestic heir research for unsettled estates, real estate matters and restoration of property rights for abandoned properties of World War II. We do not work on a contingency basis. We do not perform supporl to law enforcement services.
PRICING: $125/hour

We accept requests for family history projects and geographically specialize in Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. However, we have extended experience across the eastern half of the United States. We built our core skills by providing such services to families and will continue to accept a limited number of family history projects on a month-by-month basis.
We currently have no openings in May 2024 for individual family history projects due to previous commitments for community and forensic cases. Please check back in June!
SCOPING FEE: $180 includes review of work completed by client and development of detailed research plan and proposal.
RESEARCH PACKAGE without DNA: $1,250 for ten hours.
